The place is a bit of a paradox. It’s located right in the middle of the action, directly on a Songthaew route, so you would naturally expect noise. However, once you enter the compound, it becomes remarkably quiet. The residence sits behind the nearby venues, which makes it exceptionally peaceful. The balconies face an inner courtyard with palm trees and other plants, creating an oasis-like atmosphere. There are also two swimming pools available for guests. I had no issues with bringing in visitors. The rooms are clean, with both soft (Western-style) and hard (Asian-style) beds available. The bathrooms are up to Nordic standards, meaning there’s no need to deal with water heater adjustments. I initially stayed for a couple of nights but ended up extending my stay. The value for money is excellent, and if I visit central Pattaya again, I will definitely book this place again.

Asia's Beach Apartments ligt in Sattahip, op 4 minuten lopen van Bang Saray Beach, en biedt gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en uitzicht op de bergen. Very modern and clean. The manager, Mr. Frankie, was so welcoming. We will definitely stay there again.

Citismart Residence is gunstig gelegen in Pattaya Central en biedt een dakterras met een zwembad en een schaduwrijk zonneterras. Everything, the host was wonderful. Location is amazing and the apartment is super clean. The cleaning lady cleans the apartment every single day. Plus it’s guest friendly, no extra charge but on your own risk or responsibility.

Jomtien Beach Penthouses ligt op 80 meter van Jomtien Beach en beschikt over goed uitgeruste accommodatie en 5-sterrenfaciliteiten, waaronder een groot buitenzwembad. This property is located a short 300 meters or so from the main road and across from the beach. Everything you want to do is walking distance. The staff is very friendly and hardworking. Fitness facilities were top-notch for a hotel. Had everything for a full body workout, and everything worked well. Got upgraded to a suite with a private pool. The accommodations were perfect. Actually hated leaving. Would have tried to extend my stay if I didn't have dedicated follow-on travel plans. Will definitely be back to stay again.

VIRAPLACe 4# bevindt zich op 15 minuten lopen van Pattaya Beach en biedt een privéstrand. De accommodaties hebben airconditioning, een balkon en gratis WiFi. Room was exactly the same as photos. Modern, clean and beautifully decorated. And surprisingly quiet for the location. Everything you could need is within 50 metres of the property! 7/11, taxis, bars,restaurants etc. Host of the property was fantastic. Very helpful with any questions or queries about stay. Great English and communication skills 10/10
