Near shopping and dining establishments. Very safe and quiet. On the outside, the room looks simple, but inside, it is elegant and comfy. Japanese-type toilet with remote is a plus! Spacious shower room. The towels and amenity kits were all provided during our 5D4N stay. Luggage storage is also convenient. Very kind and communicative staff! I would stay here again when I come back to Taipei.

The hotel staff was able to upgrade me to the deluxe room when I was not satisfied with the double room I booked having a much smaller window than expected from the photos. The deluxe room was stunning.

My sister is in a wheelchair but it was convenient in the hotel. The beds are bigger than i expected. I thought the sofa bed would be uncomfortable to sleep to but it turned out to be another big bed , just lower in height than the others. That was another plus. The toilet seat is warm. I liked it. Wifi and netflix are fast and easy to use. There were 3 big bottles of mineral water as a welcome gift. It was put in good use. The view was amazing. We were in 18th floor c1 class hotel. We enjoyed out stay so Much.

The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. I liked every aspect of Gloria residence from room, services to staff. Every single person in the staff are courteous, nice, and very helpful. Tip: If you are vegeterian use ubereats. If you have a stroller, note that the nearby stations do not have lifts so you have to use stairs for atleast one floor.
