For price in January it was really good choice in NYC.

The heating was great, and the kitchen installations were good and functional. A complete and clean bathroom with a hairdryer. Towels for everyone, and everything was super clean when we got there. We had an issue with the lock, and it was solved right away with no complications, thanks to the lady on the front desk. The answers when asking questions through the chat were almost instant and always helpful. The pull-out bed was not all that uncomfortable as we expected, not perfect, though.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was available and they let us check in early for no fee (unlike many chain hotels I’ve stayed with recently). Whenever we needed something, they responded quickly and with a great attitude. The furnishings might not be the most chic, but I find them in keeping with the spirit of the building and they were not shabby nor deteriorating. Everything was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The size of the apartment was fantastic for us (2 adults and kiddos ages 3, 5, 7). The location was fabulous for us- easy walk or subway ride to so many historic and cultural aspects of the city. Thanks for a wonderful trip!
