The place was new, modern and very clean. Security gates at the street and the porperty was set back so it felt very safe. The staff(family) were courtesy and beyond helpful taking care of all my needs. They allowed me to check in at 6am after getting off an overnight bus and I am very grateful to them for that.

The owners were sooo friendly. I got sick and they went with us to the hospital and made us soup and went to get medication for us! Really clean room, they cleaned it every day and gave us fresh towels and new water bottles. Bathroom was spacious and room was beautiful. They have a great pool, restaurant with delicious food, motorcycles rental, they arrange for us jungle trekking and bus transportation! Would recommend a thousand times!

Το Karst Villas Phong Nha βρίσκεται σε Φονγκ Να και είναι ένα κατάλυμα με θέα στο βουνό. This was one of our best stays in our whole trip traveling SEA! I read some of the reviews before our stays and saw someone write about how the staff wasn’t visible and that you couldn’t find them, but that was really not the case for us! This was the nicest family. Everyone was so sweet, smiling and the kids were adorable! We really didn’t wanna leave this place (also because they had 2 puppies and the nicest mama dog😮‍💨🥹😩) food was great, it’s a little 5-8 min drive on a scooter away from Phong Na town, but we only ate our dinner at this place! The family were so, so, so helpful with everything and made our stay so easy to enjoy! I could write so many nice things, but we absolutely loved this place.

The owner was very involved, but did everything remotely via Zalo. I even arranged the payment via Zalo. I thought it was all brilliant 👍🏽 ❤️ Fame Homestay ☺️

Love everything about this stay, the family were great and the host went above and beyond for me and I’ll forever hold them dearly in my heart. You can rent bike rentals, activities and food through the host. Highly recommend staying here, it nothing but beautiful and the rooms are amazing and the food is the best. Love them all
