The location was serene. Far enough to experience peace and nature of Klein Karoo. We enjoyed watching animals on the farm. It was close enough to the nearest town if shopping was needed. We enjoyed the space of the farm and cycled around a lot. The Chalet 1 was perfect for family of 5. Spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything that was needed for self catering... well except of a big enough frying pan and pot. There is no WiFi and it was actually to our advantage and helped to soak in nature, reading and playing games.

The cottage was self catering and the kitchen well stocked with all necessary utensils and a large fridge / freezer. The hot water was hot and the beds comfortable. There was plenty of room with each bedroom having it's own shower and toilet. The lounge area was spacious. The area was quiet at night. Braai wood was provided. There were even some Springboks inside the large enclosure.

Fantastic working farm. The room has basic self catering facilities. The breakfast buffet was great. I enjoyed walking around the farm. Safe parking close to the room. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Useful to use as a base to explore the surrounding areas.

The friendly, kind and welcoming hosts made me feel at home from the time I arrived until departure. The self catering cottage is spacious, clean, comfortable and has all the necessary supplies and more. The location is perfect for a peaceful quiet time whilst also not far from restaurants and the supermarket. Undercover parking and a great sense of safety all around.

Great property to visit with kids, large grounds, playgrounds, swimming pools as well as a friendly dog and the ostriches. Large apartment with self catering facilities and breakfast inc.

Self Catering Unit with everything you need to have a fabulous stay

The location was stunning. The atmosphere was peaceful. We loved the property’s rustic beauty and comfort. The self catering facilities were well provided, including a gas bottle for power outages.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Self-Catering possible (all equipment available), but also options to add breakfast for additional cost. Pool is nice.

The apartment was well-equipped for self-catering. The air-conditioning was very effective The views from the patio were very beautiful with deer, horses and cattle grazing. The swimming pools were very welcome. The restaurant was very well run with lovely views, excellent food and wine. Cango caves, Oudtshoorn and Rust-en-Vrede Waterfalls are all easily accessed.
