Lovely owners, very friendly and accommodating. We booked an appartement, they offered us a choice of rooms, 3rd floor with sea views or ground floor. As we're travelling with a 2-year old we preferred the ground floor but it was nice to have a choice. The appartement was nice and spacious with an outside seating and private kitchen/dining area. They also did our laundry free of charge which is a great service when you're travelling. The guest house is a bit tricky to find at first as you have to reach the entrance by driving a short distance on the boulevard, which is not something you'll do if you're not sure where you're going, but once you know where it is, all good. There is also a "back entrance", which requires driving through a construction area for a short distance, Diana contacted us near our arrival time and picked us up from the main road and guided us to their doorstep. Diana also kindly provided us with a parasol as she figured renting one on the beach for just an hour or so with a little one wouldn't be worth it. Overall a lovely stay!

The location was excellent just two minutes from the beach. The Lungomare was right there, only a short walk away, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, so the area was really nice. The apartment was very spacious, with two rooms, each with air conditioning and new furniture. It was very, very pleasant. I highly recommend this place.

The place is very clean and well organized, and the hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming. We even had the restaurant menus in the room and received detailed information about the sights in the area, including a QR code with photos and descriptions. The prices are affordable, it’s a family-run business where people are truly dedicated, and compared to other places we stayed in Albania, this one was excellent. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!

I chose this apartment, guided by the excellent reviews. But, for us, it was somewhat disappointing. Too many problems. The host was semi reasonable but, I find that these hosts don't like to be told about the problems. We are just expected to be content with broken and missing items and they don't seem to consider that we have flown a long way, travelled a considerable amount of time in a foreign and unfamiliar country, paid money to stay in our chosen apartment at their property. What they may not realise is that there are THOUSANDS of accommodation choices out there, through MANY letting sites but we CHOSE THIS ONE. Therefore, they should appreciate our choice and look after us and provide comfortable and appropriate dwellings. In this particular instance, I felt that the host could have been more understanding and considerate of his PAYING GUESTS. We shouldn't be expected to put up with broken and missing items and utilities. I tried to reason with him but he came across as stubborn and balshy. I requested a SLIGHT DISCOUNT for our troubles but at that stage, he became arrogant and aggressive. He could have done things better. He admits that he is new to Booking.com and I think that he has a lot to learn. Lesson one, ALWAYS KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY. I will now list the problems and show photos. PLEASE NOTE Booking.com only allows 4 photos to be shown, so I can't show you all the problems. Note to Booking.com. Sort it out, so that people can show it ALL

    The host was very polite and friendly and to collect the key was very easy. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable (very good quality mattress) and I slept as it was my home. The kitchen has all the equipment you need. Strong wi fi connection and the air condition was very quiet. The cleanliness was perfect in the studio and in the bathroom. Great location, close to the beach and to restaurants and shops. Recommended!
