Excellent location very close to the metro; appartment is not big, but has everything you might need, including a fridge, a stovetop, a kettle, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, air-conditioning, kitchen utensils. Wonderful apartment, perfect for one-two persons. It’s a clean and well planned flat with a balcony facing the city that gives a great view. From the other side of the building from the common balcony (next to the elevators) you can see the beautiful Ararat. The host is very friendly and speaks great English (a rarity in Armenia).
