Great location with wonderful host that provided us the directions in person right up to the apartment. Place was very clean and well furnished. It was showroom standard. Pantry had basic cooking spices and seasoning. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, glassware, and plates/bowls. Pillows and blankets were comfy, and I liked the soundproofing (closed windows) since it was next to the main road. Toilets were clean, and the shower gel was nice smelling. Washer and dryer worked well, and the house appliances were clean and good quality. Since the apartment was above the mall, it was very convenient to go shopping anytime.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Skygarden service apartment in Glen Waverley, Melbourne, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The location is fantastic, situated right next to The Glen shopping mall, which makes shopping and dining extremely convenient. It's also within walking distance to the train station and bus terminal, making it easy to explore the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the numerous food options available nearby, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. As I had rented a car, I appreciated the private parking area, which was not only secure but also free of charge. Albert was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. His warm and attentive service truly made a difference, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and efficiently. Overall, my stay at Skygarden was delightful, and I will definitely choose this service apartment again for my next visit to Melbourne. Highly recommended!

Jiji, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. She truly did her best to accommodate us and fix the light that we had issues with. The apartment was spacious, incredibly clean and the toiletries were good quality.

The location was right next to the train station which was very convenient. Being next door to the Eastland mall was great too since it is a large mall with everything you could possibly need. The accommodation was great for my family including a toddler and a baby. The facilities were great and tidy.

    The location is impeccable, just a 5-minute walk from Glen Waverley train station, surrounded by shopping centers and supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants. The 10th-floor apartment offers a broad view and has a gym and swimming pool. The room is very clean and tidy. The owner is also very considerate, providing condiments like soy sauce and vinegar, and even toothpaste 😄

    Our apartment was large, plenty of room for 2 adults and our teenagers. The staff were lovely and rooms clean, tidy and well stocked. Walking distance to The Glen and local dinning makes it a great location. We travel for basketball, the location is also ideal for getting to various basketball stadiums.

    it has a view albeit the view was multi-storey car park, school and railway station. we could not use the veranda as it rained and was cold at the time we were at the apartment. we like the space as you walk into the flat / kitchen. The bathroom was spacious but could do with a optional self directional shower ( hand held shower extension). Bed was clean and comfortable. Good self regulating temperature control. all necessary facilities in the kitchen. Laundry facilities excellent. sofas were comfortable.
