This granny flat was 11/10. Sparkling clean, warm and welcoming, and a very comfortable bed.
Every single thing had been thought through and provided right down to the herb garden and dog poop bags. Breakfast was amazing feast with 4 different kinds of cereal, 3 different breads , jams, Manuka honey , fresh fruit etc etc
We cannot recommend this highly enough.

We were very happy with the responsiveness of the owners. Their directions for the place were helpful and accurate.
The flat is quite spacious and has everything one could need, including washing machine for a longer stay. The bed was comfortable. A short walk down to the river for some excerise after a long drive. We look forward to staying again.

Fantastic apartment! Super spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. Our hosts went above and beyond - the heater was on and there was a box of chocolates waiting for us when we arrived!

We had a very comfortable and quiet stay at Mary’s spacious flat. We enjoyed the goodies she left for us which made a delicious breakfast. The bed was just right as was the shower. In fact our whole stay was perfect. The living plants were a bonus.🙂
