They apartment was a great size for our family. Two double beds & the couch converted into a bed too. Check in process was ao easy too. Max was very helpful too. Fabulous restaurant within walking distance (2 mins) where we had an amazing Cheese Fondue! Check it out, Le Gobelet D'Argent.

Check-in was easy and the host made everything to make us welcome. The location is exceptional, close to the supermarket and coffee shops, and the lake. It had all the amenities we needed for a short stay with a baby and a toddler, including a crib and towel for the baby! The attention to detail and care made us feel like we were in a 5 star hotel. The apartment was situated at the perfect location for travel, grocery shopping, high end luxury shopping or lake sightseeing. There is a bus stop next to the apartment which made life very easy as we were travelling with kids. The place was in perfect condition. The instructions given were also very clear. The staff were really nice most especially Daniella, who made my checkin process very easy. I was really impressed with the services of the hotel. The cleaner mistakenly threw a few of my cooking ingredients away due to a misinformation that I was checked out. So when I complained, they were quick to replace my stuff in excess... Generally all the staff was nice and breakfast was superb with different options. Location easily accessible to the center.

Everything was perfect, I could not have imagined a better experience. The staff, the room, the facilities, everything. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. In my room I especially loved the kitchen, it was very well equipped and spotless, as was entire apartment. Bed was cozy, lots of pillows. Bathroom and main room spacious. AC worked really well and was much needed. I loved having the gym and the laundry room. Bedroom very quiet, bathroom felt luxurious.
