Property is easy to find. Perfect location, groceries, cafes, restaurants, exchange office, park and town centre are on the doorstep. I appreciated wide selection of teas and a cofee machine. We enjoyed our stay - the villa was renovated with care and passion, offers all amenities you might need, including a double shower, and a fully equiped kitchen. One small bedroom for two + 3 extra beds in hte living room available. Recommended!

A really nice very old building that has been beautifully restored. Nice to walk into an outdoor courtyard with bar attached and have a refreshing beer after a long bike ride and before we even got into our room. The hostess (Sarah is her English equivalent name) was so helpful. Very close to town square where there is a great restaurant. Nice breakfast left in room for us to self cater. So happy to have found this gem.

When i entered the room, i geniuenly saw that everything in the room had been placed with the goal of making me feel comfortable and valuable. Also the size of the room was very good compared to the price! Towels,plates,cups.. everything was really clean. Stuff were really nice and helpful. I suggest this place from the bottom of my heart to those that want to visit Hradec Kralove!
