Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly. Carla kindly helped me with both check-in and check-out. As for breakfast, it was possible to request it on the same morning. The only thing I would recommend is adding a note in the lobby stating that self check-in is only possible with a German card. It took me some time to fill everything out before I realized that payment by card credentials doesn't work.

everything was perfect. it was clean, they got us a welcome drink, snack and coffee. kitchen has everything that you need if you want to cook something. we ordered a baby cot and they have also provided us with bed sheets, baby blanket and baby pilow. location is perfect the hotel is on the mail road, but do not worry you will not hear a single noise from street because the windows are so think that no noise comes through.

Nice clean modern apartment with comfortable bedding. Nice selection of restaurants and bars away from the tourist traps. Easy check in with the machine outside with our late arrival. Bed was made up each day and the free minibar was topped up with a beer and a wine. Great selection at breakfast and were accommodating for a late start then and early start for us.

An excellent modern apartment in a great location very close to a UBahn station for easy access back to the airport or further afield in Frankfurt (we were visiting the Alte Oper) and easy walking distance to the main shopping district, old town and museum quarter. A vibrant but not noisy location close to a variety of supermarkets and restaurants. A Laundry room for clean towels and access to plentiful top up supplies of coffee. A comfortable communal lounge on the ground floor. We intend to use this company again!
