Everything was perfect! The flat was spotless and tastefully decorated — I didn't miss a thing. The location is excellent: close enough to walk to all the main neighborhoods, yet situated in a quiet and safe area. We felt very welcome, with clear and detailed instructions for accessing the accommodation, and our hosts were always available if we needed anything. They also shared great local tips — we especially loved the cassoulet at La Brasserie des Platanes and the pizzas at Le Saint Louis. Carcassonne Castle and the medieval city are straight out of a fairytale! It was an incredible weekend — we absolutely loved it!

We were greeted by our "lovely" host who gave us a brief tour upon arrival. The apartment was spacious, clean and safe. Parking was secure and a short distance away. There were great restaurants and shops very close to this apartment. Carcassonne was a great place to explore and we would highly recommend this particular apartment to other travellers. Merci.

Superb apartment. Everything you need. Very clean and very comfortable. The garden is private and secure with parking. Our hosts, Jean-Pierre and Nicole were very informative and gave us a huge welcome. Always on hand with advice if you need it. Snacks, coffee, and beers in the fridge. Nice touch. We stayed 2 nights but wished we could have stayed longer. I can't recommend this place enough.

Highly recommended accommodation. It's just a 5-minute walk from the castle and 15 minutes from the city center. During our stay, the weather was very hot, but fortunately, we had several fans and a portable air conditioner, which helped us a lot to stay cool. The place is quite spacious and beautifully decorated with a well-executed medieval aesthetic, giving it a unique charm. On the same street, there are several restaurants and a shop where you can buy water or anything else you might need. In short, a truly recommended option.

Loved this property! This is an amazing apartment, surprisingly large especially given that it is so close the cité. The view is amazing of the castle and it is a short walk up the hill and you are in the cité de Carcassonne. The facilities are outstanding, they think of everything, including a welcome gift. It was dog friendly which we really appreciated. The hosts were lovely and kind. There is not parking but we found a space on the street outside. Or there are many car parks that cater for cité guests. Wish we had stayed more nights.
