The flat was so clean and comfortable. All appliances and utilities were available in the kitchen. They also provide 2 Air conditioners and 2 fans for both rooms. Netflix also provides which my kids likes a lot. Location of the flat was very good . Parking available front of the building. We were very happy to stay there . Highly recommended .

Google maps puts you outside 74 Robin Hood Lane but you need to go a little further down the hill and turn right at GP surgery where the road forks to stay on Robin Hood Lane. No house number visible but number 32 next door has big visible numbers. Our takeaway delivery had the same issue trying to find the property so put a note on any takeaways.

My partner and I stayed for three nights. The location is perfect and within easy walking distance of Rochester town centre with all it’s attractions. The top floor apartment is beautifully appointed with tasteful decor and furniture. All the facilities were spotlessly clean and in perfect working order. There’s free on road parking outside the property and, when this was full, the owners allowed us to park on their drive.

    Henry was there to greet us, and was very friendly and helpful. He showed us around the property and explained where everything was and how things worked. We stayed in the ground floor "Deluxe Studio Apartment", which is the biggest of the three apartments. It was very spacious and equipped with everything you need for your stay. It had direct access out into the garden. Complimentary bottles of water were left in the fridge which is a nice touch.
