Great big apartment, lovely balcony, good washing machine. They even provided detergent. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped well. Great location, too. Remember to bring cash for payment

Hotel is located perfectly, and the view from balcony is the best that you can find in Tbilisi! Also in very close vicinity there is a restaurant with the best georgian food "Black Lion". Hotel is new and well equiped. Room was clean and the air is good.

Everything. This is the perfect place if you want to feel like you actually live in tbilisi. It is inside a small courtyard community with local living there. The room is a studio in ground floor with your own access and keys. Very close to the old town and a lot of restaurant, bars, and touristic spots. Nini the host was so sweet and helpful. She brought us a small gift and was keeping in touch in case we need anything. She recommended us some local dishes to eat and places to go. I really recommend you to try this place
