We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Tbilisi! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center, surrounded by amazing restaurants, cozy cafés, and just a short walk to all the main attractions. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome from the very first moment. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. Whether you're visiting Tbilisi for the first time or returning, this apartment is a fantastic choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base in the city!

It was a great stay with you guys! ♥️ The apartments are amazing. My room was big, bright, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and chilling out. The best part was the incredible views of the city and mountains from the balcony. The hotel rooftop pool is also a highlight and offers amazing panoramic views. The staff members are very friendly and helpful, and the location is great, close to popular places. The rooms are new, fresh, very clean, and have a good WI-FI connection P.S. We stayed at Eva’s Pavaroti for 2 nights with our toddler & baby and really enjoyed our time there. The communication with our host who spoke perfect English was excellent since the beginning and we got a warm welcome once we arrived. The location is amazing, very close to restaurants and city attractions but at the same time in a quiet and peaceful area. We arrived with our car and were able to park it at the entrance. The apartment is very nice and well equipped, it had everything we needed and the house itself is a true gem, one of the nicest houses in the city. We’d love to come again one day! Thank you Nini for your hospitality during our stay ☺️
