Owner waited for us to arrive from far away. However, she tried to charge us a late check in fee even though we arrived at a decent time. ( 11 PM) P.S. There was nowhere mentioned you need to pay extra 85 euros after a specific hour.

Wonderful place 10-15 minutes by car from Chiavari, very friendly host. There were everything I needed, kitchen, washer, wifi, free parking. In 2-5 min walk there are good pizzeria, bar with coffee and Carrefour supermarket.

It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The owner was lovely and eager to help with any quwstions. 5 minutes walk from the train station. There is a Carrefour süpermarket just around the courner. A place to buy someting for breakfast.

    We had an excellent time and can recommend the retreat to everybody! It is a beautiful setting in a parklike areal with a nice pool among trees. The apartment has a high standard and everything you need. It is perfect place to relax and starting point to explore the region. Alessandra gave us a very warm & friendly welcome and lots of tipps.     Gabriella, the manager, was an excellent hostess. The apartment was very comfortable and the surroundings lush and green. The restaurant recommendations and help with booking were very good and appreciated. Our child had a bad nosebleed in the night, staining the bedding, and she was very kind and understanding.
