The room I exactly as described. The staff were very helpful. They stored our bags and even took them to our rooms. We were provided with toiletries, coffee pods, a variety of tea bags as well little snacks. The host provided us with a map and information on things to do. The breakfast location suggested is excellent.

The location of the apartment was at the epicentre of Florence. We couldn't have been any more central. It became a bit of a joke that pretty much everywhere we wanted to go was between a one and a fifteen minute walk away. There was an amazing view of the piazza in front of the duomo from our windows. It was wonderful to drink a cup of tea and watch the goings on below. The apartment was large with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living/kitchen area with a gorgeous frescoed ceiling. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the showers were great. I have arthritic knees and the apartment was on the fifth floor, but there was a perfectly cute elevator to waft us upwards.

In order to make sure that everything was under control because we went to Florence for our honeymoon, I sent an email to Relais Piazza Signoria and they changed our standard room to a suite with no charge! It was present for our honeymoon and we thank you! It was extremely kind of you! The room was perfect! The location, too! I totally recommend it!!!
