The apartment was clean and modern. It is equipped with towels, hairdryer, plenty of toilet paper and air conditioning in all bedrooms. The beds were comfortable, could fit more people than the number of beds listed. The apartment was close to everything. There is a 0-24 vending machine nearby where you can buy sandwiches, soft drinks and snacks. There is also a despar a few blocks from the apartment, but you can walk up to 1km to the MD SpA shop. I recommend the apartment to everyone.

The host, the cleanniness. The host prepared some italian sandwiches upon arrival (bun, olive oil, tomatos, feta, olives, basilic). The view is great. The location is literally 5min from the beach and 1 min from the sea. (The beach is not a big one). There was everything in the appartment. Great view from the rooftop terrace! Felt really safe in a district.

I stayed in No 1 Apartment on the first floor (2 flights of stairs up with no lift as it is a beautiful old historic building) it is a great size studio apartment, view of the square with a Juliette balcony, very central, clean & very comfy bed. Excellent breakfast included 👍 Staff very friendly & will transfer for free to/from the train station in Monopoli.

Lovey apartment in Monopoli Old Town. Plenty of space for a couple for a short stay. Bed was very comfortable and we had all the facilities we needed. Carla was incredibly friendly and helpful. would recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Monopoli for a few days

Very good situation near everything, restaurants, beach.... Beautiful view from the apartment. Very clean and you have everything you need in the apartment. Very comfortable beds. The owner was very kind to us and even helped us with our luggage and told us a place where to park free just 5 minutes walk from the flat. Thank you for everything!

This is the most incredible beach house and was the highlight of my wife’s and my honeymoon in Puglia. The pictures don’t do the beauty justice and Francesco and Porzia and incredible hosts. Even though it’s an apartment rental, they helped us make reservations and feel like locals. If I could give this a 12/10, I would. Thank you Francesco and Porzia!

We got a whole flat with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, location is great as it is just a couple of minutes to the beach and to the city center, wifi was fast and was easy to get on to, modern apartment, easy access to Carrefour in the neighborhood

The apartment is located 100 m from the Monopoli train station, from there you can easily travel to Polignano a Mare, Bari, Ostuni, Brindisi and Lecce. Everything was clean and very nicely decorated, beautiful, modern style. But the best about this rental is not the flat.. The family who owns it is the most welcoming, most flexible and most generous we have ever come across! We have travelled a lot, but B.'s hospitability is unmatchable! We cannot thank her enough for her generosity!
