The apartment had everything that we needed. Nespresso Machine ( with pods 🤗) and water were nice little touches. Spotless, fresh apartment. Host, Giorgio, gave excellent instructions on everything. Including which bus stop to get off at for the Train Station, for us to catch our train to Lake Garda the following day. Seamless entry to property and use of everything. Hairdryer and Iron were also available . Nice restaurants within walking distance.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The property is very well designed! You can tell a lot of thought went into the place as it had everything you could need! The apartment was well equipped and especially the kitchen! The shower was really good and the lighting in the bathroom was an added bonus! The place was super tidy and spacious, and the bedroom had lots of storage if needed! The bed was also super comfy too! Just want to note for any travellers without a car, it is about a 40 min bus journey to Bergamo, but the buses come regularly and the bus stop is less than a 1 minute away! Also, I just want to make a comment about the hosts! They were amazing and super helpful on my stay! They were very responsive when I needed to ask any questions! Honestly, the loveliest people, would highly recommend!

It was clean, safe and extremely comfortable ! I was delighted the shower had pressure as every place we stayed at while driving around Italy felt very claustrophobic which is understandable but I was so happy with Bes Residence, oh and not to mention the balcony, it was fab just sitting outside in the evening taking in the fresh air. The location is also perfect close to the airport and walking distance to some great restaurants or shops

I travel extremely often and if I could put it in as few words as possible: this was the service and experience of a 4-star hotel at the price of a 2-star motel. Everything was simply great - the host was extremely polite, accommodating and flexible. I arrived 01:00, got my keys and crashed in a clean, spacious studio. WiFi is excellent, did some work in the morning and even had the audacity to depart 30 minutes overtime. The hosts showed complete understanding. The coffee machine with free capsules and free water was very much appreciated!
