Our stay in Palermo was excellent. The price was reasonable, the facilities were complete, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. During check-in, they patiently explained important details and gave us useful advice about parking in the city, which was really helpful. On the second day when we checked out, although the rooms were fully booked, they still kindly found a place for us to rest and helped us out during our waiting time. We are truly grateful for their kindness. Highly recommended! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Palermo.

Absolutely faultless! From check-in to check-out it was perfect. I cannot thank Giuseppe enough, he made our stay perfect. We cannot wait to return. The apartment is excellent with everything you need & more for the mist enjoyable stay. It is close to the train station, just 5 - 10 minute walk with luggage, also an easy 10 minute walk to the market, lots of street food & drink, fresh fruit & vegetables fish & meat. It is located in a residential area which we found ok. Thank you Giuseppe, we look forward to coming back to stay one day.

What an amazing place in Palermo! Truly, i don’t know where to start. First of all, the owner is so helpful, polite and so nice. He offered us great advice on where to go and what to do, and was easily and quickly reachable at all times. The area where the apartment is is very calm and quiet, we felt secure at all times, and we could easily find a free parking there. For the apartment: i only have great things to say. Everything smelled so good, so clean with all necessary (and more) items! It was super comfortable, spacious, with a balcony, great AC in all rooms. Honestly, i am so happy we stayed there! Thanks alot Danilo!

We had an amazing stay at Zahir! The place was newly furnished, modern, spotlessly clean, tidy, and . The location was perfect—right in the heart of Palermo, close to all the main sights, restaurants, and shops. The service was truly excellent. We had a small issue with the hairdryer not working, and it was replaced immediately without any hassle. The host was super helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Also gave a list of where to go for food which was really helpful as there is so many restaurants witch is hard to choose from. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Palermo!

The owner was very kind. I was able to check in smoothly because I was given detailed information in advance. Also, when I made a request, they responded immediately and were very helpful. The room was very spacious and clean, and the facilities were very complete. It was a waste of space for two people to spend time together.
