This property was wonderful. It was a last minute decision to go to Perugia and we just picked somewhere central with good reviews. It was a great decision. The location is fantastic. The apartment is in an old historic building and has everything you could possibly need plus lots of things that just get forgotten about.. especially for women travelling. So hair straightners, make up remover, conditioner, and a sanitary pack. Plus Debora was available on what’s app when we needed anything and gave great instructions and amazing restaurant recommendations . Oh and the shower was lovely.

What a beautiful place! We didn't know what to expect, the photos in the listing looked great but it seemed like a new listing.... When we arrived we were absolutely surprised by the beauty of the small (very small!!) town and the high quality and attention to detail of the apartment! Everything was perfectly placed, perfectly beautiful and functional too. The small town has 13 inhabitants! And it's in absolutely pristine shape! We felt as if in the middle ages but with all modern comfort and convenience! Wow! Also the views from all windows are amazing! Umbria at its best! And the best of the best was the view from the master bedroom: a close up of an authentic medieval tower! Really, this was unbelievable! The suite is super modern, super comfortable. The air conditioning works perfectly, actually everything works perfectly and it's super clean. We felt at home and didn't want to leave. Unfortunately there were other reservations.... But we are definitely coming back. Barbara and Mauricio are very friendly, real, helpful people. They welcomed us with their hearts. Thank you, thank you!!!!

We stayed in this charming country house located right at the foot of the hill leading to Assisi. The owners, an elderly couple, were absolutely delightful—warm, kind, and very welcoming. Although the outside of the house is modest, the interior is beautifully decorated, super clean, and extremely well-organized. Every detail is carefully thought out. They even left us a delicious homemade cake for breakfast, which was a lovely touch. And they didn’t charge us anything for our dog, which we really appreciated. A great place to spend a few nights if you’re passing through the area. Highly recommended!
