We wholeheartedly recommend this place! The owner, Maurizio, is extremely helpful. After meeting, he sends recommendations for restaurants and must-see spots. The apartment is located right in the heart of Olbia, on the main street Corso Umberto I, which gives easy access to the endless charming alleyways. The apartment is beautifully styled, decorated with Maurizio’s own artwork. It’s air-conditioned, which is a huge relief on hot days. Two bathrooms provide full comfort for a group of four, and the bathtub in the bedroom allows for total relaxation. Don’t worry about any street noise – the new windows block out all sounds, so nothing gets inside. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need – a well-furnished kitchen and bathrooms. A great bonus is the terrace, perfect for relaxing. We recommend it to everyone!

We spent a week here with my boyfriend. The location is excellent, right at the start of Corso Umberto I from where everything is within a 5 minute walk. The kitchen is well-equipped, with everything required for making breakfast or other meals. Being the only unit in the building, gave us much privacy and it was super clean too. The Host is really helpful and always available. The bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge felt really great too upon just arriving. The only take away is that the street is a bit noisy, but nothing too disturbing really.

The arrangements were absolutely punctual and as a bonus we had a great homemade lasagne and a fridge of Italian goodies waiting for us on arrival....
