The view is absolutely amazing from the balcony, so enjoyed our breakfast sitting outside in the morning sun and coming back each day hot and tired to be able to sit outside in the balcony in the shade and cool. I can honestly say that this was by far the best apartment I've stayed in Italy. Absolutely perfect! Everything is new and well looked after.The place is simply enormous, the bedrooms are very large, and the beds are too. The mattresses are very comfortable, we slept wonderfully. Each room have access to the balcony. The air conditioning is super efficient, and we didn't feel cold at night (and it was already November). As for cleanliness, everything was sparkling clean; there wasn't a speck of dust to be seen. The place is very well equipped, with a very nice kitchenette and a large dining table. There were even umbrellas for guests by the door! Smart TV, so you can watch something in a language other than Italian 😉 The building has an elevator, which was very helpful for my mom. There are many great restaurants nearby, a large, secure parking lot, and numerous shops selling fresh bread, sweets, and everything you need. The location is excellent, very close to the train station and the city center. Finally, a few words about check-in – we were warmly greeted by Gianluca, who showed us around and explained everything, advised us on parking, local restaurants, etc. As if that weren't enough, we were also given a bottle of wine as a welcome gift! It was incredibly nice and we felt truly welcome. Thank you! :)
