It is really fantastic! What a view and right in the charming old town! The beach and restaurants just a short walk away. Can absolutely recommend it as one of the best I ever stayed at. Lovely pool and lovely terrace. Beds comfortable and apartment fully equipped. Nespresso machine with pods in kitchen. Market for buying food close by. Note if you stay here in Old town there are charming height differences to walk but it is not a problem unless you are disabled then choose other place in new part of town. Lovely area for evening stroll and dinner or drinks . Parking safe and free at the hotel. If you travel from Roma it is a road to go here along the coast without mountain roads which I appreciated. Stayed with two grown up kids. Will absolutely return again soon. Lovely!!!

We had an amazing stay at these apartments! The owner Luca is incredibly responsible and attentive – he helped us with everything from arranging transfers to giving recommendations about things to see in Sperlonga. He suggested a wonderful boat excursion, helped us with our luggage, and made sure we had the best internet connection so I could handle some work matters during our stay. On top of that, he brought us water, coffee, and fresh tomatoes, and even managed to book us a table at a Michelin-starred restaurant during a holiday. His English is excellent, which made communication very easy for us since we don’t speak Italian. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. Adorable sea style. We had 3 rooms for us 3 separately. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the beach, so a car is definitely recommended, we travelled by train from Rome and use the taxi every day, although he kindly offered us two bicycles (we didn’t use them as we were traveling with a child).

It was really exceptional, much nicer than in the photos as it was recently refurbished and super comfortable (including good bed) and well equipped kitchen. The view is the best in town and the sunsets priceless.

Great little place in the middle of old Sperlonga with a few minutes away from the beach. We got caught in the train strikes but Serena was great and still managed to get the keys to us in person. Well equipped kitchen with a couple of great little groceries round the corner!

    The apartment was a suitable size for two adults and two teenagers, there was enough space. Very clean and nothing was heard from the neighbors. At least we needed a washing machine, as we had already spent several days on holiday elsewhere. The kitchen was well equipped, we didn't use the kettle because its bottom was so chalky, but the water could also be boiled on the stove.

    The apartment is large and comfortable with two bedrooms, two baths, living area, nice terrace and well equipped kitchen. It is very spacious, and less than 10 min walk to the beautiful beach, and restaurants and bars. Concetta is extremely responsive and very kind as host. When I made mistake and locked myself out of the place late at night, three generations of the family came over to help. I would like to definitely return to this place.

    A fantastic location in the old town with a wonderful panoramic terrace with incredible views. Aperitivo every night watching the sun set. Comfy beds and excellent air con in bedrooms and lounge. The apartment had everything we needed including barbecue. Very useful that they include lovely large beach towels with the linen. Serena and Rocco who run the agency were very helpful, communicative and friendly. Grazie mille

    Great location and comfortable accommodation. Easy to find grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants. Convenient for taking the bus to and from the train station. Well stocked kitchen and bedrooms and the entire apartment was immaculately clean.

    Big apartmant with two bedrooms and a living area. You have a really huge terrace around the whole flat, which is beautiful. Also the parking is reserved for the guests. Absolutely beautiful Apartment! And Luigi as a Host is just a legend.
