Amazing guest space on the bottom floor of a larger house. The apartment is spacious with a huge bedroom, kitchen and living space. Everything worked well and there was secure parking readily available. Hosts were very kind and flexible with check-in time. Pet friendly with no additional fees.

Absolutely everything was provided from snacks, to coffee, drinks and umbrellas. Hostess was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The accommodation was close to the beach and the train station. Next time we are in Montesilvano, we will stay there again.

I stayed one night. The apartment was spacious, and clean, with basic food/drink items and toiletries. The kitchen would be usable as is for cooking during a longer stay. It was a 5-minute walk across the street from the airport, i.e., perfect for taking an early flight as in my case. There is a cheap shuttle from Pescara Centrale train station to the Airport (via Trenitalia) that gets you there from the city centre. Communication with the host was very easy. Grazie!

    The property owner Alessio is super welcoming, friendly and always ready to help. Large, comfortable, and very clean apartment with great balcony. All windows with mosquito nets. All new bedroom furniture. Allocated and secure parking space. There is a shopping mall two minutes car drive away. Convenient location for visits to Pescara and Chieti town centres. Highly recommend.

    Spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need. Lovely views of town and mountains in quiet, rural street. Great communication from owner, with directions to hotel and lovely little dog who played in the secure beautiful garden with our puppy :)
