One of the best accommodations we’ve stayed in. The house was beautiful, and the attention to detail was incredible. You can really tell that Aliona puts a lot of love and care into the house. It has amazing views of the lake from the kitchen and a little terrace where you can eat on nice days! Additionally, Aliona left us several items in the fridge as a gift so we could have breakfast—milk, ham, jams, bread, coffee, etc. We had a wonderful stay there. The hosts are a lovely family, always ready to help and make our stay easier. They even went the extra mile by saving us a parking spot with their own car, which they moved when we arrived. I highly recommend it—don’t hesitate to rent 'Le Rose Sul Lago'! Extra tip: If you love cats, this is also the place for you. Aliona has about 5 cats, and if you're patient and know how to approach them, you can get them to come over and pet them.

A huge apartment. We were able to check in a little earlier than normal check-in time. The owner was very helpful and made sure we got in. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean and cosy. Tea and coffee making facilities were great, and there were also cafes next to the building.

We had a great stay in the apartment in Lecco. The host provided clear self check-in instructions with detailed photos, so even though we arrived late (11:00 PM), we had no issues getting in. It was nice that the host checked in to see if we arrived safely and managed to check in without any problems. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, ironing board, dishes, pans, pots, and much more. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the waterfront and the train station. Highly recommended!

Super clean, very easy access, prime location, modern and stylish furniture, all equipment is available. It was confusing to me that no rating appeared for this property; I was worried a bit, but it was a misguided feeling. We are very satisfied with this booking.

    We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The view was great and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. There’s a ferry stop 150 metres from the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and Sara was really helpful and friendly. Thank you!

    The views from the apartment balcony of the lake and the mountains are breath taking. The host was very helpful as due to flight delays we arrived late at night and they were able to get us in some additional shopping to make things more comfortable. Italian hospitality is legendary and these hosts embodied everything good about Italian hospitality.

    The view is just amazing and the reason we chose the apartment. The communication is very good, there is closed parking, even if the apartment is inside ZTL, the host registered our number plate to enter. There are washing mashines both for dishes and clothes.

    Good location for visiting Lake Como attractions. Good connections by bus to Lecco & Como. Bellagio area from Lecco too. The flat in the house is really nice and comfortable with great domestic facilities: everything you need to enjoy your stay in a independent family home. Sabrina, our host, is great, very friendly and always willing to help. Great advice on where to go and how to get there.
