The apartment was perfectly located, just a 5 minute walk from Piazza san Marco. We loved the venetian styling of the rooms and it was clean and immaculately maintained. Everything you needed was supplied. The staff couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable and checked on us via WhatsApp regularly. It was St Martin's Day when we arrived and they left a special treat and an explanation of the festival for us as a surprise, along with a bottle of wine as it was my husband's birthday. I would highly recommend these apartments, we literally couldn't fault a thing.

The canal view from the lounge room and bedroom was breathtaking. The location is fantastic. 10 minutes walk to SAN Marco and 15 minutes to the Rialto. Lots of restaurants close by. A small supermarket 2 minutes walk. The apartment is modern, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The host met us and was very friendly and helpful.

this place was perfect for us (a group of 3 people with 1 dog). great location within easy walking distance to most attractions and the best host we could have wished for. the apartment is on the ground floor and it was very cosy and comfortable. there's a really nice bistrot basically around the corner as well as some good restaurants and a coop supermarket just a few minutes walk away. will definitely return here on our next trip to venice +++
