Nice and cosy house with good facilities in a quiet neighbourhood. The hosts prepared freshly picked strawberries and sweets to welcome us. We are very grateful to Shin and Tommy for their warm hospitality. Our rented car did not come with snow tyres. It snowed overnight and we did not know what to do. Knowing that we do not speak Japanese, they called the car rental company and solve the problem for us. They guided us to the nearest car return shop and even give us a lift to the JR station. Thank you very much for your help. We felt like home in Japan.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was exactly as described, and comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Everything was well prepared and easy to use, including the air conditioning, bed, and super basic amenities. The host was very clear and responsive with communication. For the price, it is an excellent value in Tokyo, especially being close to Shibuya by train.
