The place is really comfortable and clean. We arrived quite late because of a train delay but our host was waiting for us and he made our stay really comfortable. The breakfast was really delicious too.

The location is close to the main attractions and isn't far from the town area too. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing! We had a private pool in our huge villa and they helped us to clear the leaves and get the water jet working. We were a group of 3 and the room we got had 3 very comfortable beds.

I loved everything. When you seek tranquality from the busy roads nd tourist hotspots, that's the place to be! I had a swim in the lake, was able to cook my pasta (Rice free day. . .haha) nd loved the nature nd observing animals. The cabin has been on Air BnB for many years nd is a true hidden treasure. Can imagine that it is also great for families

One of the few places where they honour booking.com price. It's a small place run by a family. Sajeewa is very friendly and helpful. The room is pretty big, so you have a space to store your luggage. It is very clean, no mold, white walls, looks like repainted recently. The AC is new and works well. The bathroom is also new, has a good lightning, hot water. The breakfast was tasty (omelette, bread, butter, roti, fresh juice, tea/coffee etc). The location is quite central if you have a car and very silent. Just a few minutes drive to Sigiriya Rock Foreigners' Entrance. There is a small restaurant and a shop just on the main road, so everything you need is nearby within walking distance.

Aroma Villa Homestay is a recently renovated apartment in Polonnaruwa, where guests can make the most of its open-air bath and garden.

Perfect place in the middle of rice fields. The whole place is totally new and the room was really clean. Really good traditional breakfast. Moreover the staff was very kind and really helpful. Sighraya rock can be easily reached by foot. There is a hot shower! The view from the bed is simply spectacular. It's very peaceful area. Second floor is under construction, but it doesn't bother at all. Surely this is one of the best places we have stayed at Sri Lanka:) Wish we could stay longer! Overall it offers amazing value for the price.

The location is perfect for anyone staying in Dambulla. The property is neat, and the rooms have enough amenities to make your stay comfortable. Samith and his brilliant staff are always around for assistance. For instance, our mobile chargers were not compatible with the plug points in the room; Samith bought us 2 new portable plug sockets. We wanted to try the Sri Lankan lamprais for lunch on the day of our arrival. I contacted Samith to get the location of good hotels for that, and he immediately connected me with his chef and got us the dish made specifically for us. Similarly, he arranged an early morning cab for us to visit Pidurangala and later Sigiriya and Polonnaruwa. He even, personally, drove us to the airport. PS: Don't miss the complimentary breakfast. It was so elaborate for us with spring hoppers, curry, sambal, 3 types of cut fruits, coffee, and tea.
