We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. What standa out the most is incredibly welcoming, warm and helpful Staff! Daniel and Alexander went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. I had lost my scarf at Matka Canyon the week before and Daniel made so many phone calls to help me organise it and make sure I get it back. They really care about their guests and make you feel at home. Other than that, the room was surprisingly big, had loads of lovely touches (eg. Little chocolates, tea and water for each guest) and was very well equipped with everything you might need! It was also super clean and comfortable!

Nikolov and his daughter Hristína helped us a lot with the accommodation. They provided us with transport from the airport and then to the airport. They are very good people. The accommodation is located in the city center, under the apartment there is a small shop and also a bakery. Good wifi. They recommended good restaurants in the city.

Lovely and comfortable flat with Nordic style interior in walking distance to the main square and other tourist attractions. There are two good coffee bars/breakfast spots close to it, Granache and Dose Cafe. The flat was super clean and neat. The bed was comfy.
