The place is located right off of Quinta, but still very quiet. I’m a light sleeper but slept great here. Both the night staff and day time staff are beyond friendly and helpful, they all also speak really good English. The room is amazingly spacious and so is the bathroom. It is very thoughtfully equipped with plenty of power outlets, a huge smart TV, WiFi working great, and there are even lights in the closet. Mentioning this to show that they pay attention to the details here. The balcony is big enough to sit outside in the evening and enjoy the sunset (if your room is out to the front). The rooftop pool area is nice for a day away from the trouble at the beach. Our room was on the third floor, there was an elevator that worked well and was fast. There is a 7eleven right across the street (24/7) and in the evenings you get the best Marquesitas (rolled crepe-like sweet dish) at the local food stall opposite the hotel. It was overall the best place we stayed in during our trip.

This property was FANTASTIC!!! Best of the 7 various accommodations on this trip. Very well equipped throughout and particularly the kitchen so we had no trouble making the odd meal at "home". Coffee maker, toaster, teapot, gas cooktop (no oven) everything we needed. Hot water and good pressure in the showers. Plenty of plush, new towels. Beds and pillows were comfortable and sheets/bed covers were in good shape. Nice pool although we didn't get a chance to use it. There's a convenience store at the corner. The condo and neighbourhood was quiet. The bedrooms and livingroom look out to a greenspace. Dedicated parking spot within a gated area. 24/7 guard at the gatehouse. I'd definitely stay here again!

The appartament is really really really beautiful, so modern, the color inside are perfect, everything look brand new. We was so happy with the appartament. Huge fridge modern, huge television with Netflix already log in, bathroom perfect working , a wonderfull perfume in all the appartament, e strong but quiet AC. The manager was always answering really fast, he provide us everything, he also gave us chair and umbrella for the beach.
