This is a very large and very clean apartment. High-quality bed linens and comfortable mattresses are provided. Hot water is available 24/7 with good pressure. The owner is very kind and friendly, showed us around and helped us with our first grocery shopping. There's a mini-cafe in the lobby, and the staff delivers coffee directly to your apartment. The building is located in the heart of the historic Patan district. Durbar Square is a 3-minute walk away. It's important to note the feeling of safety in the building and the surrounding area. You can stroll around the area until late at night. There are numerous small grocery stores around. It was a pleasure to return to the apartment after exploring the city.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The Wi-Fi is super fast, which I appreciated. The area is calm, yet you're very close to the Stuppa and some restaurants. Daniel and Noor are very responsive hosts, and that made a big difference. I would definitely stay here again.
