Extremely well appointed studio type unit. Very high quality fittings up there with the type of unit I normally rent in Davao. Hot water shower was a blessing after a few days in Bukidnon and only cold water. Big bonus is the washing machine. The unit doesn't lack anything in my opinion.

Honestly, this was a very nice play to stay with. I like the the apartment. i mean, from outside view to inside view is super great. The host instructed us very clear. If there would be enough time left? I'd love to stay there. It's safe, overall super great! I highly recommend there to stay if you're finding for one. This was an apartment only, so if you want a nice breakfast and you don’t want to make your own, there is a good place to get breakfast down the street.

Perfect place for two vacations and longer stays. Very clean and brand new apartment with a nice fenced patio. A friendly caretaker lives next door and helps immediately if needed. I highly recommend

The apartment was so clean it was roomy, the best hot water pressure in the Philippines that I have experienced best value for money beats any hotel in gensan, it has good size fridge that works so well everything is pretty much brand new TV has Netflix to watch for free. It has a nice court yard with table and chairs to enjoy the fresh air it's full luxury at a reasonable price.
