Really nice place - perfect for us wanting a one-night stop-off before heading to the airport early the next morning. It's easy to find, with lots of nearby street parking (steep street but that's par for the course in Madeira!). Getting drop-box access to the key was simply. The apartment is basically one large room divided into bedroom and kitchen areas. Bedroom area great, with a comfy large king-size (I think) bed. Kitchen (fully equipped) also really nice - free coffee pod machine and some nice wee bisuits. Also free tea selection. Bathroom was off the bedroom area and has a nice shower. The town is great with lots of local eateries etc. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.

Location was perfect - close to the capital city, the airport and the hike trails. The main road is quite busy, but you have parking terace just for the residents oř the apartments. The view from the top is the best. I really like the washing machine area accesible for everyone. The team/ staff was realy helpful, responsive and understanding.

I hiked from Caniçal to Faial and this appartment was in the perfect place for the night. It has a washing machine, nice cooking area, a small terrace and a rain shower. All you need after an exhausting day. Also the owners are very supportive and the location is quiet.

Perfect Stay – Amazing Apartment and Host! I had the most incredible experience staying at Nicole’s apartment! From the moment I arrived, it was clear this place was thoughtfully designed with every amenity a traveler could wish for. The apartment itself is stunning—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you might need. The bed was super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for staying connected. The kitchen had all the essentials, so I could cook when I wanted, and the welcome snacks and coffee were such a lovely touch! The location was perfect—safe, convenient, and close to everything, including public transport, shops, and local attractions. Nicole also provided a comprehensive guidebook with local recommendations, which made exploring the area so easy. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was Nicole herself. She was incredibly welcoming, always available to answer questions, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. It felt more like staying with a caring friend than at a rental. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped, and perfectly located space with a host who genuinely cares about her guests. I can't wait to return—thank you, Nicole, for such an amazing experience!
