We stayed in Ytterån to enjoy skiing at Åre Resort and to explore the surroundings of Östersund. It was the perfect choice. The apartment was very warm and clean, with all the essentials provided. It was also decorated for the Christmas holidays. There was convenient parking, and starting the morning with a cup of coffee by the river dam nearby was a real pleasure. While there’s no store in the village itself, reaching any nearby shop is easy and convenient. The drive to Åre takes less than an hour. Along the way, we spotted a hare, a fox, moose, and deer, making the journey feel like an adventure. We had an unforgettable stay and would gladly return!

The apartement lies on the top floor of a house with amazing views over the area. Great sunsets from the roof terrase. The apartement is spacious, clean and has everyhing one needs. The kitchen/dinning room/living room is confortable and with lots of natural light. The sleeping room has a door to go out to the roof terrace. If we come back to travel in this area, we will definetely come back for a longer stay. The house lies on a peninsula over a huge lake. The owner is very nice.

we had to drive a little outside the city center, but as we moved away from the city, we saw how beautiful it is in the evening, the view was simply amazing. The apartments exceeded expectations, very cozy, spacious, a great place to relax, the hosts are very kind. Worth coming back :)

Our host was most welcoming! The apartment itself was cozy and there was everything that we needed and more (all the food items, coffee etc.). Everything was very well prepared, fresh fruit and baked goods were waiting for us when we arrived and Monica baked us fresh bread every morning and also gave us extra for our car journey when we left! Neighbourhood itself was quiet, we saw a roe deer in the street. Supermarket is ca 10 min walk from the apartment and lakeside walking path is near.
