It’s the perfect spot for a digital detox, creative retreat, or just some deep rest. You can also explore the nearby Lake Sevan or enjoy a traditional Armenian meal in the village. If you’re looking for a place to reconnect with nature, breathe deeply, and enjoy heartfelt hospitality — this is it.

The views from the living room are amazing! Everything was warm and cosy and clean. The host was very easy going and even though we had to change our arrival time a few times he was vey accommodating. I left something at the property and it was very easy to arrange for a friend to pick it up for me.

Το κατάλυμα έχει κουζίνα. 非常好，强烈推荐。It's new on booking, so there weren't any specific reviews. The location on Google Maps is incorrect, leading us to a home where a local family kindly helped us. They even drove us to what we thought was the correct address, with their three kids squeezed into the car with their mom and dad. However, once again, we ended up knocking on the wrong door. After an hour and a lot of warm-hearted assistance, we finally arrived at our destination. This experience became a memorable adventure, showing us just how friendly Armenians are. (Tip: Use Yandex Maps in this area. The guest house is the right-hand room on the 3rd floor of the outermost gate.) To our surprise, the interior was modern and well-equipped. The sofa bed, which is usually uncomfortable, was so cozy that we couldn't bring ourselves to get out of it. The place had everything we needed, including a kitchen to cook and make coffee. The water pressure was strong, even though the host warned us that the water might be turned off after midnight. Thankfully, that didn't happen during our stay. The location is great—just a 15-minute walk to the public beach and a five-minute walk to downtown.

It has everything you need, warm blankets, kitchen, washing machine, proper shower. It was clean and tidy. We were two people but you could easily be four. Very friendly and helpful owners. The kids were happy as they could play with hosts’ kids. Everything was clean, well-thought and cozy.

You can park your car in the yard and the rooms, there are two of them, are outside of the main house so it is very private and calm. We had both breakfast and dinner and it was just amazing. So much delicious food, we really enjoyed both meals greatly. The owners are super nice like it is always the case in Armenia. Definitely worth staying here.
