Everything you could possibly need is available — from a fully equipped kitchen to all modern amenities — making it feel just like home. What impressed me most is that the photos on Booking are 100% accurate, and in fact, the reality is even better! The location is also excellent, perfectly positioned between some of Austria’s most beautiful cities: • Just a short drive to Zell am See and Kaprun, • Close to Salzburg and Innsbruck, • And easily accessible from Munich. A special mention to the lady in charge of the villa and her husband — they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They didn’t restrict us to the official checkout time and made everything easy and pleasant, which added a warm personal touch to our stay. I spent five unforgettable nights at Villa Himms — surrounded by beauty, comfort, and absolute peace. In short, Villa Himms is the perfect choice for anyone seeking luxury, tranquility, nature, and genuine hospitality in the heart of Austria. You can't expect fabulous views from the apartment, but quiet surroundings and few minutes by walk to the nearest shop, restaurant, lift or even the walking, hiking and bike routes. We are giving our full recommendation!

One of the highlights was the dedicated communal room for drying ski equipment – such a thoughtful addition for ski enthusiasts! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.
