The accommodation is non-smoking. Cozy nice flat, very clean and comfortable. Our bedroom with windows to the inner yard was very quiet. There’s a lovely balcony with a nice view. We also liked kitchen very much and found all necessary things to make our breakfast. 10 minutes of walk to the charming centre of Gent.

To me, it’s a preferred place to stay rather than in a city hotel. The bed was very comfy for my sore back. It’s calm and clean. The host is lovely and very friendly.
