I liked the property. It was comfortable, clean and big enough for the 5 of us. It came with a big TV and Netflix, YouTube included which was great. It had a good terrace with some patio furniture. The wi-fi was good in the living room but patchy in bedrooms. I didn't mind however because we didn't spend much time in the apartment anyways. There were free passes for bus travel within Interlaken. However, we didn't need it per se because we already bought the Swiss Travel Pass. There is a bus stop in front of the property.

The property is clean and comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood. There were 4 or us that stayed at Laura’s Apartment, space was good. We were able to roam the place with all our suitcases open.
Location is great. Close proximity to Wilderswil Train Station (3-min walk), which has direct access going to and from Interlaken—one stop away (7-min train ride). Buses are also accessible. There are grocery stores nearby.

The facilities were fantastic, particularly the spa area. The staff were incredibly friendly with a specific mention to Emily and Elaine.
The views are breathtaking.
The location to Lake Thun is ideal. Only a short walk away.
Free local bus into town just down the road.
Breakfast was okay without being amazing.
Dinner we had on two separate occasions was excellent.
The apartment we stayed in was very impressive. Much better than the photos. Larger than expected.
Really loved our stay.
The place had a great feel about it.

We were met by the host Mario. He was very hospitable. He had gone into details to ensure our stay was Brilliant. The apartment is extremely comfortable for a family of 4. The additional bunk bed could accommodate 2 smaller kids. The location I would rate as the best in Interlaken. The apartment was extremely self-catering for a family to stay a holiday in.

Amazing views from the apartment. better than the pictures. Host was very accommodating to requests. Very easy to contact and fast response. Would stay again if in the area. Convenient location away from city and quiet.

It's a brand new apartment in Matten , which is a quiet place compare to Interlaken, and Coop supermarket is nearby , so you can cook by your own (the kitchenware is perfect there).
For a 3-5 stay , I prefer stay in Matten more than Interlaken.
