It’s a good choice if you just want to spend one night to fully enjoy Abu Simbel. The apartment is in a quiet place near the downtown area and the temple, easy to buy stuffs in the market or go to local restaurant. Osama also offers a good local breakfast at the time of your request. BTW the market owned by an old couple near the apartment has fair price for water and food.

Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. The place is great if you are looking for a comfy, traditional and secure place in Aswan. Host was very kind, helpfull, resourcefull and attentive with us. I really recomend this place for either long or short visit to Aswan. Beds were perfect, AC and Fans were perfect, restroom ok and shower ok.

The furniture is very new, the geographical location is very good, it is close to the cruise terminal, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. There are many restaurants downstairs, supermarkets, pharmacies and so on.
