Stephanie was patiently waiting for me, even though slightly late as per the agreed time. Plus well equipped for a self catering stay. Yes by a main road but I found it amazingly quiet after 11pm and before 8am. A very comfortable apartment.

This was our second stop at Gîte Lauraët and we may well be back again!  This is a peaceful spot to break your journey where the welcome is warm and the Gîte, though small, has everything you need for a pleasant stay.  There's a lovely park nearby to walk your dog or just take a wander through and the property has off-road parking and a delightful little courtyard area to chill and relax outside.  It was very hot on this visit and good use was made of the air-con, but it is the warmth of the unobtrusive welcome and the lovely atmosphere that make this a delightful place to stay.  Merci beaucoup!

Second time we stayed and it was really nice. Very quiet and cozy location. It was the first time meeting the hosts and they were very friendly! Dogs were welcome!

The property truly exceeded my expectations. It was very well equipped - including a dryer in addition to the washer, which is quite rare in most French rentals. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and ideally located: right in the center of Capbreton, close to shops and restaurants, yet remarkably quiet. Communication with the host was excellent; he stayed in touch even before my arrival and was attentive throughout. I especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome treats - candies, bottle of cider, and so on. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Very friendly hosts and nice shared space. Felt safe and quiet. Clothes washer/dryer available but not free. Double beds were comfortable.

Just as described, very comfortable and clean with all the facilities we required. Christelle the owner was exceptionally helpful throughout our whole booking process and also while we were staying at her apartment. Beautiful location with all necessary facilities we needed close to the complex.

Philippe helped us on everything. Great host and wonderful hotel. Strongly suggest to aynone who are looking for a clean calm place with a nice garden. Also he serves breakfasts for champions ;)

Excellent location, next to amazing restaurants. Equal distance to both Capbreton and Hossegor beaches, both easy walks. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help, many thanks for that!
