I liked everything, the location close to the old city, very comfortable loft, spacy and equipped with everything you need for a stay, private parking which is very essential in the central Rouen.The place is extreamely clean.Recommend for a good stay in Rouen for a couple or a couple with a child.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Parking was easy, Access to apartment was a little complicated but we just followed all the instructions provided and everything worked. Inside was lovely warm and clean. Enough cooking facilities to fix a simple meal. Microwave good but a little high, a step stool would be a good idea. Very glad of the decent fridge freezer (one of the reasons we choose this place) as we were travelling with a cool box, and our blocks needed refreezing. The bathroom was good, lovely shower, but the basin is a bit too high, understandable as it is above the washing machine, again just needed a stool! Internet was very good. Bed was comfortable but access a bit tight. This place is very nice and would stay again, but best suited to tall thin people 😂

This accomodation fullfilled our expectations. It was clean, with comfortable beds, nice terrase. It is very near to the sea with beautiful beach. The evenings on the beach were exceptional. Very nice indeed.
