I had some questions about the QR code entry which were answered promptly before we arrived. The QR code entry was easy to use and meant we didn’t have to worry about carrying the room card with us. The staff are warm and patient, and although I don’t speak French, communication through translation apps was smooth and easy. Overall, my stay was truly perfect.

Very helpful, she was on top of everything to make our stay comfortable. Kitchen was very clean and well equipped, there were coffee and tea and some snacks ready for us.
