Probably one of the best appartements in Tiblisi. The house is newly renovated with very much love for the detail. The appartement I lived in is equiped with a litltle kitchen. The small bathroom is new and has an amazing shower. Very comfortable Bed. The best thing is the balcony with an stunning view all over the city. Best place to have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Contact with the helpfull Mr. C. was very easy. I enjoyed may time and I defenitly will book again!

This is not just a place to sleep — it’s a real home with soul and history. The owner, Nini, is incredibly warm and attentive. From the very first moment, you feel genuine hospitality and care — she doesn’t just host guests, she welcomes them into her personal story. One of the most unique and memorable parts of our stay was the basement — a real archaeological treasure! Ancient arches, fragments of old walls, and artifacts discovered right under the building make your stay feel like a small journey through time. Nini shares the history of these discoveries with so much love and respect that you truly begin to feel the spirit of the Old City. The rooms are clean, cozy, and full of character, with great attention to detail. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the location is perfect, and it’s just a short walk from all the main attractions — Eva Pavarotti is an ideal place for anyone who wants to experience the real Tbilisi.
