The property has mountain and garden views, and is a few steps from Kokkari Beach. The aparthotel features family rooms. Our stay at Maria’s was extraordinary. Upon arrival, Maria warmly greeted us and even kindly upgraded our room. The property is perfectly located right across from the beach. 2 minute walk and you’re at the beach! You can hear the ocean from your room. Despite being on the main road, it is very quiet. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely terrace and AC. Maria and her family made a lovely breakfast each morning - eggs, coffee, greek yogurt and honey, tomatoes on toast. Maria was so kind and helpful, even calling our cab for us back to the airport. If you’re thinking of coming to Samos and don’t know where to stay, come to Kokkari just to stay at Maria’s. I’m so happy we picked here for our vacation, thank you Maria!

The host and gentleman running the place were pleasant and accommodating.
