Hotel: The hotel smells very nice and is right next to Grand Batam. The infinity pool is lovely can oversee Batam city centre. Breakfast selection is not bad. There are cereal, yogurt, fruits, noodles and nasi lemak (no live cooking station). Surroundings: There are two spa places downstairs the hotel and are reasonably priced with great environment.

We didn’t take breakfast at the accommodation. The location is not close to where we are visiting but was okay as calling grab is quite fast. There is a shopping mall right next door but was very quiet when we visited. There is a bakery shop nearby too. The accommodation is clean and tidy. Felt very at home staying at the place and feel safe too. Enjoyed the Netflix to entertain us in the evening. This is good especially with children. The host was very responsive to our questions and reply very quickly to our needs.
