His humble behaviour and hospitality are quite grateful. At mid of the night I feel peace sitting on the balcony looking at the foggy darkened skies. After a long hustle day this place has something that relieves my fatigue.

From the moment we arrived we received outstanding care from the on-site concierge. Nothing was too much trouble - from house cleaning to laundry and help with the local food delivery services. The apartment itself is spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. AC in every room, kitchen with fridge, kettle and microwave and a water filter which meant that we did not have to buy bottled water. Beds were extremely comfortable and the roof terrace was a bonus extra space to hang out in the evenings. WiFi was excellent. The location was great. You could get a cab directly to the door and it is walking distance to Ballygunge train station, a local supermarket, Gariathat and many restaurants and coffee houses. Would highly recommend!

The property itself is spacious and beautifully designed with modern luxury interiors. The living room is a delight, featuring a cozy couch, a sofa cum bed, a six-seater dining table, a lovely aquarium, and a LED TV—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The bedroom is equally impressive, with a super comfortable bed, a wardrobe, and a study table (with Wifi connection available in the property), making it ideal for both relaxation and work. The bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped with utensils, crockery, a stove, and a microwave, providing all the essentials for a home-like stay. Overall, this place offers the perfect mix of comfort and elegance. Whether you're in Siliguri for a short trip or a longer stay, this place offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable experience. I highly recommend it and would love to stay here again!

We stayed at this property for five nights and it was a nice experience, it is located right in the heart of the city which made commute very convenient, park street is just a five minute cab ride away, property is quite insulated from outside noise which is important. Property comes with all amenities that one would need for a longer stay - kitchen, fridge, ironing facility, air conditioning, car parking, 24*7 security and laundry facility (on payment basis). It was clean and had bedspace for four people. Arun Malik is an excellent host, he was very responsive, we wanted some help regarding commute and shopping; he gave inputs which turned out really helpful. Will highly recommend this property.
