This was the perfect place for our family to stay in while in Rome. The terrace was a show stopper! Very comfortable accommodations, clean, safe. I would absolutely stay here again.

The location was very close to main attractions by walking and also to the M-Spagna subway station. There are lots of cafes, restaurants, fancy restaurants and stores for any kind of shopping. The room was very clean and cozy. Although the building is old, the room is fully-renovated. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. We will definitely stay again in this hotel in our next trips to Rome.

The aparthotel has family rooms. Everything was perfect! Host was kind and friendly. Location is convenient. Walking distance to everywhere you want to go. Food, sight-seeing and shopping. I will return to stay here again next time.

The location is great—while it’s not directly in the busy tourist center, it’s only about a 10-minute walk to metro stations and just 30 minutes to the Colosseum, making it very convenient for sightseeing while still feeling like a local neighborhood. I used earplugs at night, so I can’t comment on the outside noise, but I had no issues sleeping comfortably. The apartment itself is immaculately clean and extremely well-equipped—perfect not only for a short stay but also ideal for longer visits. It had everything we needed and more, which made us feel right at home. The design is tasteful and thoughtfully curated, with attention to detail in both decor and functionality. The beds were very comfortable—even the sofa bed exceeded my expectations and provided a great night’s sleep. There are several cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket just around the corner, which added to the convenience. The host was exceptional—very responsive, kind, and accommodating throughout the stay. Communication was smooth, and check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. A special touch I really appreciated was the welcome bottle of prosecco in the fridge—it was such a lovely surprise after arriving. On top of that, the host kindly arranged a taxi to the airport for us (3 adults) at a reasonable price. The service was clean, timely, and made our departure stress-free. As a final, personal gesture that touched me deeply, the host offered me a beautiful pasta recipe coffee table book to take home as a gift after I mentioned how much I loved it. It’s rare to find such a well-rounded and heartwarming experience—thank you for making our trip to Rome so memorable❤️. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit.
