The units feature a private bathroom, bathrobes and bed linen. Straight upon arrival the reception staff were so welcoming and check in process quick and easy. The best part of the stay was the extra effort they put into ensuring our stay was perfect. I had previously requested a little slice of cake to surprise my partner for his birthday upon arrival and they went above and beyond. Not only 2 slices of cakes, a personalised signed birthday card and a room upgrade. Safe to stay it was one of my most favourite stays. Rooms are impeccablelbly clean, stocked with everything you would need (Cutlery, cups, glasses, cooking utensils etc.) and their breakfast was also outstanding. We also had dinner at their restaurant and it did not disappoint. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
